By accessing and using the Rologram application ("the App"), provided by Arc Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rologram is a digital business card management application that allows users to:

• Create and maintain their own digital business card
• Scan and collect business cards from others via QR codes or camera
• Store and organize collected business cards
• Share their business card with others

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account to use the App
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not collect or store personal information about other users without their consent
• Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others
• Only share business cards with individuals who have given you permission to collect their information

5. Content and Data

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all business card information and photos you upload
• You grant us a license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

6. Camera and Scanning Features

• The camera feature is provided for scanning business cards and QR codes
• You must obtain consent before scanning someone's business card
• You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding photography and data collection

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 App Ownership

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rologram and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Trademarks

Rologram and associated logos are trademarks. You may not use these without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any other reason at our discretion

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
