support@rologram.aiFrequently Asked Questions
How do I scan a business card?
Open the Rologram app, tap the scan icon on the home screen, and point your camera at a business card. Take a photo and the app automatically detects and extracts the contact information.
How do I share my digital business card?
Go to your profile in the app and tap "Share Card." You can share your personal QR code or send a link directly to contacts. Anyone with the link can view your card and save your contact details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard SSL/TLS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Your cards are stored securely.
Can I delete my account and data?
Absolutely. You can email us at support@rologram.ai to request deletion.
Why is Caller ID not showing for a contact?
Caller ID works through Rologram's background sync — you don't need to save contacts to your local address book. To trigger it, tap the sync button in the app, or simply close the app and reopen it so it syncs again. Caller ID should appear on the next incoming call from that contact.
Does Rologram work without an internet connection?
Your saved cards are accessible offline. However, scanning new cards, syncing across devices, and sharing your card link require an internet connection.
How do I report an inappropriate card?
On any shared card page, scroll to the bottom and tap "Report this Card." Select a reason and optionally add details. Our team reviews all reports promptly.
Make sure you're running the latest version of Rologram for the best experience.
